40 weeks and one day today. Having some inconsistent contractions, but I think they're just practice ones. Some lower back pain too which I'm taking as a good sign - hopefully this baby decides to come soon!
Our acupuncturist gave us some techniques to try at home, so we're doing those today, along with a nice walk at the lake. More than anything I want the baby to come naturally so I'm praying it gets to go that way! Hopefully more info soon!
